Haiku in latino: poetiche, codici e metodi in due esperimenti (1999; 2016)

Abstract

This article examines the ground-breaking impact of two experimental volumes (Sacré – Smets 1999; Tartamella 2016). In both books, Haikua/Haikus in Latin language are presented, together with the original text in Italian (Tartamella 2016), translations in other modern Languages (English in Sacré – Smets 1999; English, French and German in Tartamella 2016). Discussions about the different poetics and about metrical, stylistic and thematic specimina are provided, in an interdisciplinary perspective.
